GIB Phone Banking gives you the ability to manage your account via any phone at any time touchpad, anywhere.


Enhancements to GIB Phone Banking

In response to customer feedback, improvements have been made in the service of Phone Banking of GIB. These include:

Changes to the main menu. You can listen to the functions used, making it faster and easier for you.

The balances will now be accessible directly from option 1

Past transactions will shift option 2

'' Transfer money between accounts "will move to option 3

Bill payments and automatic payments will be placed in the new menu "Payments" with option 4.

Datato Bill payments are also available now. You can make payments up to 90 days before, play back and delete incoming bill payments


How does it work?

GIB Phone Banking offers:

Check account balances and transactions

Transfer money between your accounts

Pay by credit card

Pay all normal household bills, you can make payments immediately, or up to 90 days in advance

Listen and you cancel the payment of bills coming

Brand or replace the bill Balance fast, which will be played to you automatically every time you call Phone Banking.

Moreover, with GIB Phone Banking you press "zero" in the main menu to speak GIB Service Customer Consultant, from 6 am until midnight, seven days a week.
