Responding to customer feedback, we are making improvements to the phone banking service of GIB in February. These include:
- Changes to the main menu to hear the first of all the functions used, the functions are heard before, making it quick and easy for you to find what you are looking for:
Account balances can be accessed directly from option 1
Past transactions will shift option 2
Transfer money between accounts will move option 3
Bill payments and automatic payments will be accessible in a new menu 'payments' discretion 4.
- Future Dated Bill payments are back. You will be able to make payments up to 90 days in advance, and listen to and delete their next bill payment.
