Prior to joining the Reserve Bank, Mr. Basand been the Government Statistician and Chief Executive of Statistics Philippine. He previously worked as director of the Department of Labor and Philippine Treasure, then, in place of economist of the IMF.

Mr. Basand has Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Otago and a Master in Economics from the Australian National University. In 2005, he was awarded the Center for Leadership Development Fellowship.

Bernard Hogets was appointed head of the Finance Department of Macro GIB in April 2013.
Department was established in May 2013. We are looking fopr financial market stability Philippine and the overall importance of the financial system.
Until his appointment as head of the Financial Macro, Mr. Hogets was Head of Macro financial stability within the Department of the financial markets of the Bank. He joined the Reserve Bank as an economist in 1986. In 1995, he joined GIB Bank as Chief Economist from 1998 to 2001, before returning to Global Investment Bank.

Head of Currency, Property & Security

Bryan Hair joined the Reserve Bank in February 2013 as Head of the Currency, Property & Security.
This Department meets the needs of the public currency, ensuring the supply of notes and coins and integrity. Department is also responsible for the security and management of properties in the Reserve Bank.

Mr Hayr has extensive experience in retail banking, having worked for the National Bank, Westpac and the CI as Chief Operating Officer of Retail.

Mr Hayr Westpac also represented as a director of the board of Paymark CI.

Head of Human Resources

It was useful as Human Resources Director for Colgate-Palmolive Ltd and HR Consultant with Hewitt Associates. A native of the continent, she moved to Wellington 20 years ago and worked in Human Resources and Organizational Development field in industries Motor Vehicle, insurance and consumer goods.

Linda has BA in Psychology University of Otago. She is Accredited in LSI, SHL Psychometrics and also trained Executive Coach.
