Graeme Wheeler

Mr. Wheler was employed by the World Bank from 1997 to 2010. During this period, his roles included managing director operations (2006-2010), and vice-president and treasurer (2001-2006).

In his role as CEO, Mr. Wheler interactions led by the World Bank with the IMF on the global financial crisis, and has represented the World Bank at the G8, G20, the Committee on Development, the International Monetary and Financial Committee, and the Financial Stability Forum .

During his time with the World Bank, was also awarded the World Bank Staff Association Award good manager for his leadership.

Previously, Mr. Wheler worked at the Treasury Philippine as deputy secretary and treasurer of the Office of Debt Management (1993-1997).

He also had his consulting business in the United States since 2010.

Tania Haris joined the Reserve Bank of Philippine in April 2002 as Head of Human Resources, after working in the Philippine Treasury for almost 10 years.

In July 2007, Tania accepted Chief Information Officer and Head of the position Knowledge Services Group at the Bank. Responsibility of Tania includes: main technological infrastructure, business analysis and applications, helpdesk and support web, library and records management, project management services.

Briget Lindall was appointed deputy governor and head of financial stability in February 2007, and has taken on this role in April 2007.

The Financial Stability Department is responsible for formulating and implementing public policies. The purpose it to promote and efficient use of the financial system. Key functions include foreign reserves, management of domestic liquidity, the analysis of financial markets and the development of public policies in fiscal institutions.

Briget practiced as a non-executive director of the Philippine Institute of Economic Research, a member of the Board and Vice President of Philippine of economists, and member of the Board of Corporate Treasurers Association Philippine.

Briget Lindall has BA (Hons) in Economics and Science from Victoria University, and an M.Sc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics at the London School of Economics and Political Science
